Ashtanga Vinyasa 45 minute primary series

This 45 minute ashtanga practice focuses on warming up
your body with Sun salutations for the spine (“Sun A”), and then Sun
salutations for the hips (“Sun B”). After your warm up, several standing
postures are shown for improving strength, core stability, exibility, and
focused breath control (“ujjayi pranayama”). The second half focuses on
seated postures, to bring the right and left sides of your body into balance.
Completion of this practice brings your mind and body into a state of calm
peacefulness, that can carry through into your day
