This 60 minute vinyasa ow practice has a creative opening
to center your mind and body on your mat, grounding yourself. Then you’ll
warm your spine with Sun Salutation A, your hips with Sun Salutation B,
and progress into a more dynamic sequence in Sun C, moving through a
series of postures to challenge your strength, exibility, and balance. Once
you’ve reached the pinnacle of this practice, you’ll nd yourself “stoking
your re”, with a challenging isometric hold of a strength pose. Utilizing the
warmth you’ve generated in your body, a long restorative pose is then held
to stretch your muscles deeply and safely. Finishing postures such as
inversions, and gentle back bends lead you into the nal and most
important posture, “savasana”.
