This 30 minute vinyasa ow follows a traditional warm up of
the spine and hips with Sun A and Sun B Salutations, followed by a shorter
form of Sun C ow, designed to challenge and balance the nervous system.
A strength posture, followed by a deep stretching posture leads you into
your inversions and back bends, with your nal meditation in savasana
completing your practice.
